Censouk is operated by Sardeis LLC. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using Censouk, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Censouk mirrors calendar events according to the sync policies you configure. Each policy reads a source calendar and creates, updates, or removes mirror events in a destination calendar. Two-way arrangements use separate policies. Currently supported integrations are Google Calendar and read-only ICS/webcal source feeds; planned integrations are not a promise of present functionality.
Censouk is a synchronization tool, not a replacement for your calendar provider or a backup service. Sync is not instantaneous and depends on provider access, connectivity, and operating limits. Check your source calendars for time-sensitive commitments.
You must be legally permitted to use the service and have authority to connect the calendars and information you select. Keep your login and provider credentials secure. Household owners are responsible for invitations and subscription decisions; a household can have up to 10 members.
You retain any rights you have in your calendar information. You authorize Censouk to access, process, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you select, as described in the Privacy Policy. No ownership of your calendar content is transferred to Sardeis LLC.
You are responsible for choosing source and destination calendars, reviewing the details included in mirror events, and checking the destination's sharing permissions. Other people with access to a destination calendar may be able to see copied information. Do not connect work, school, family, or other shared calendars unless you have the necessary permission.
Calendar providers have their own terms and access rules. You may need to reconnect an account if authorization expires or is revoked. Provider outages, account restrictions, or manual edits can affect the timing and accuracy of copies.
A household subscription costs $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year in USD, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. One subscription covers the household, not an individual member.
New households receive a 14-day trial from signup. Starting Stripe Checkout during that period preserves the remaining trial; it does not restart the trial. Signing up alone does not create a paid Stripe subscription. When you complete subscription Checkout, you authorize recurring charges on the displayed schedule, including the first charge after any remaining trial.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually until canceled. Some households may have explicitly granted complimentary access. Any changes to your renewal price will be communicated before they apply.
Household owners can manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal linked from Censouk's Billing page. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next recurring charge. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current subscription period; access remains available while the subscription or trial is active. If you subscribed during a trial, cancel before that trial ends to avoid its first charge.
Deleting calendar connections, disabling sync policies, or ceasing to use the app does not cancel a Stripe subscription. Conversely, canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or existing calendar copies. Contact us for billing corrections, refund requests, or assistance closing an account. Rights required by applicable law still apply.
Use Censouk for authorized household calendar synchronization. Do not access another household's information without permission, misuse provider credentials, interfere with the service, evade access or usage controls, or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security issues, unpaid subscriptions, or material violations of these terms.
We work to keep Censouk available and correct sync failures, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, immediate propagation, or error-free calendar copies. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate service notices, and the current terms will remain available on this page. Contact [email protected] if you need help understanding a change or ending your use of the service.
